Delivery by courier
- payment for the goods on delivery on receipt or online transfer (by card) after ordering
- delivery by the shipping company the next working day after the date of confirmation of the order dispatch by email
- Information about the status of the shipment can be checked by calling the shipping company at based on the shipment number that we will send you by email
- status shipments can also be tracked online via a web link that will be emailed to you
Parcel to post or ParcelBOX
- payment for the goods on delivery on receipt or online transfer (by card) after ordering
- max. The size of package to PackageBOX is 60x50x45 cm, weight max. 30 kg
- delivery to the place of collection the next working day from the day of confirmation of dispatch of the order
- status shipments can be tracked online via a web link that will be sent to you via email or in the mobile app
- the parcel can be picked up within 7 days at the post office or within 3 calendar days at the ParcelBOX based on the code received (if not received the parcel will wait 7 days at the assigned post office)
Delivery to Packeta collection point
- the goods will be delivered to the dispensing point Packeta.sk
- list of Packeta.sk locations in Slovakia
- maximum size 50x40x30cm (or sum of sides max. 120 cm), length of one side max. 70 cm
- maximum weight 5 kg
- maximum value of shipment 700 EUR
- you will be informed by e-mail and SMS after delivery of the goods to Packet’s collection point
- it is not possible to pay by card at the dispensing points
